Acceptance of terms

By creating a BD.MARKET account or purchasing a product from bd.market, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

A single BD.MARKET account works across every storefront. You're responsible for keeping access to your account's email secure, since login is passwordless and tied to that email.

Purchases and licenses

When you buy a digital product through BD.MARKET, you receive a license to use that product under the terms specified on its product page — not ownership of the underlying product. Unless a product page states otherwise, licenses are personal (or, for business products, scoped to the business that purchased them) and non-transferable. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing access to a purchased product is prohibited — see our Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is only considered paid once we've independently verified the transaction — see How It Works. Prices are shown before checkout and are final at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The BD.MARKET name, brand, and site content are owned by BD.MARKET. Digital products sold through BD.MARKET remain the intellectual property of their respective creators or licensors. See ourIntellectual Property page.

Disclaimers

BD.MARKET provides its platform "as is." While we take payment verification and security seriously, we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for the functionality of third-party products sold through the platform beyond what's stated on their product pages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BD.MARKET's liability for any claim relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using BD.MARKET at any time by contacting us to close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and post material changes prominently before they take effect.
