This policy exists to keep BD.MARKET fair for buyers, sellers, and everyone in between. By using BD.MARKET, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or login links with others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to a product you purchased, unless its license explicitly allows it
• Redistribute, pirate, or publicly share licensed digital files (software, themes, plugins, books)
• Use automated tools to abuse checkout, login, or download endpoints
• Attempt to bypass entitlement checks, download authorization, or rate limits
• Use purchased software or themes beyond the scope of their stated license
• Upload or distribute malicious code through any BD.MARKET system
• Harass, threaten, or abuse BD.MARKET staff or other users

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on severity. Where a violation involves piracy or redistribution of licensed content, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies available to us and to the rights holder.
